Holly was born and raised in St. John’s, and introduced to Pilates in 2002. She fell in love with this special form of exercise, which led to a career in health and wellness. She later completed her Reformer Equipment training with Sarah Joy Stoker at Pony Locale. Holly has been with Pony Pilates since 2013.
