On sale now - 2 passes. A July Unlimited Mat and Reformer, and an August Unlimited Mat and Reformer. We separated them this year for folks who may not be around for the full two months.
These packages give you unlimited access to both Mat and Reformer classes for the month you buy, or both. This is an excellent and economical way to maximize your time in the studio over the summer, giving you the most freedom and flexibility as far as what classes to hit and when. Summer is short around here so having the ability to shift decisions based on the weather we fully support!
Normal studio policy remains as far as our cancellation window of 8 hours, 12 for weekend mornings, and we ask that you make sure to take yourself out of any classes or off wait lists for classes you are not able to attend. Please note there will be no refunds or extensions and no exceptions based on things like not being able to get into classes (reformer for example) or the studio needing to cancel a class. There will be a $25 penalty for no shows and late cancels. Any current passes you own can just wait to be used again after the summer. Just be sure when booking to use the summer special pass to book with.

Intro Special
Two weeks and 4 classes, 2 Mat and 2 Reformer classes to use as you choose within the two weeks for a discounted price! It activates upon first use. Check the schedule on the website or through the Momence app (scheduling/merchant software we use) and it will show you times, instructors and a description of the classes and who they are intended for. Go forward in the schedule and try to choose a couple of weeks that look like they have space for you to get into the classes you want before you choose your first class. Intro special dates will not be adjusted if clients do not manage to use all four classes, this includes if classes have to be cancelled for any reasons. We look forward to having you!
New location open! 803 Water Street
As of summer 2023, we have moved to 803 Water St. Free parking on both the east and west sides of the building.
We are on the south side of the street, just before Water Street forks into Topsail and Waterfordbridge Roads, in the old Gingersnap location.
