Group class Schedule

The schedule to the right (or above if you are looking at this on a phone) is not a live link, but gives a sample of the weekly classes at the studio. Because it is not live it is not always completely up to date. Please scroll down below to see the live schedule to sign in/register for classes.

Clients are encouraged to pick which classes they would like to attend and may mix things up however they choose. It's all about getting and keeping moving, having fun, becoming stronger, improving range of motion, balance, agility and focus.

Classes are limited to 5 for Reformer and 12 for Mat. Please register (sign up) for all classes due to limited space availability. You will need to make a purchase before signing up, and the system will prompt you if necessary. Classes are 55 minutes long. We provide mats and props so all you need to bring is yourself and water. And please wear fitting comfortable clothes that you can move in.

Our early cancel window is 8 hours before a class begins to not be charged for that class. Please always take yourself out (even if within the 8 hours) to allow someone else the chance to get into the class. We encourage you to use the wait-lists. They move well so the chance of getting into your class of choice is strong! To take yourself out of a class please sign into your Momence (software we use) account.

For INTRO passes! These passes activate upon first registration for a class, not upon purchase. Please look forward in the schedule a week or two if you see classes are full with wait lists. Plan for two weeks when you have the best chance of using the pass in full. Passes will not be refunded or extended if not used fully in the two weeks they are initiated for.
